CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM
Industry Security Service, Inc. established a state-of-the-art training program. Officers are provided a series of
training segments which develop both their professional and technical skills. Thresholds are set to help recognize
officers' accomplishments and progression. Officers receive a professional certificate, uniform decoration, and
financial incentives at each threshold.

* PTA Examination
* WMD Examination
* Background Investigation
* Orientation Program
* Hazard Communication Program
* Handbook for Security Officers
* Site Specific Training
* Report Writing
- Complete three months of employment with Industry Security Services. Inc.
- Demonstrate satisfactory performance as verified by a formal performance
evaluation.
