Everyone enjoys being recognized for their extraordinary performance and achievements. But at no time should
an officer put their life in harms way, while performing their duties at our client's location. Our recognition
program is categorized as follows:
* Officer of the Month * Officer of the Quarter * Officer of the Year *Service Awards *Meritorious Awards *Training Achievement
Must have a minimum of six months employment with Industry Security Services, Inc. - Must not have been tardy or absent, for their shift, during the award month - Must have no complaints from clients regarding performance matters - Must understand the importance of Customer Service - Must not have been injured on the job during the month

Officer of the Quarter
Every January, April, July, and October, management reviews the Officer-of-the-Month candidates from the
previous quarter, and selects one of them as the recipient of the Officer-of-the-Quarter Award. Officers must still be
employed by the company to qualify for this award. The recipient will receive a $100.00 bonus, Certificate, and
Professional Plaque.
Officer of the Year
At the beginning of each year the President will organize a committee to
select the Officer-of-the-Year. This committee must include no less than
three members, one of which must be an administrative team member.
The committee will evaluate the Officers-of-the-Quarter selections from
the preceding year. One officer will be selected and be recognized as the
company's Officer-of-the-Year. Officers must still be employed by the
company to qualify for this award. The recipient will receive a $1,000.00
bonus, Certificate, Professional Plaque, and a Meritorious Service Citation.
Service Awards
Industry Security Services, Inc. provides three different service awards. Perfect Attendance Award is earned when
an officer works continuously for twelve months and has no absences or tardies. Longevity Awards are provided to
employees that work an entire year with no work related injuries. Subsequent awards are presented each year with
the corresponding numeral depicting number of awards received, in the center of the ribbon. Exceptional Client
Service Award will be earned by any officer that works a period of twelve consecutive months, all of which are at
the same client location. The final qualification would be that the officer has no absence or tardies during this period.
All awards will be accompanied with a distinguishing uniform ribbon that can be proudly worn, according to
company policy, on their uniform and as well as receive a corresponding professional certificate.
Meritorious Awards
During the course of our officers' varied duties, incidents occur which reflect great credit upon our company and
the entire security industry. Industry Security Services, Inc. recognizes these positive actions and reward our
officers accordingly. Meritorious Service Citation will be considered for officers that display an exceptional level of
customer service and has improved our customers security program with new ideas or actions. Meritorious Service
Commendation will be considered for officers that take action to protect the customers assets without harming
themselves or others. There must have been a situation or incident that can be documented and it must have
adverted a loss for our customer. Meritorious Client Service Award will be presented to an officer that demonstrate
the highest degree of Honesty, Good Judgement, and Decisiveness when responding to any compromising security
situation at our client's facilities. The potential client loss must be extremely high and officer's actions must not have
caused any physical injuries. Officers will be given decorations that can be proudly worn, according to company
policy, on their uniform and receive a corresponding professional certificate.
Commendations
When we receive positive client comments, regarding our officer's performance, we prepare Certificates of
evaluating our officers for higher awards. Officers receive a professional certificate which contains a narrative of
the actions being rewarded.Officers will receive ribbons that can be proudly worn, according to company policy, on
their uniform, a corresponding professional certificate, and a financial incentive. (Level I, Level II, Level III, &
Level IV)
