*Everyone enjoys being recognized for his or her extraordinary performance and achievements. But at no time should an officer put their life in harms way, while performing their duties at our client’s location.

Our Recognition Program

    • Must have a minimum of six months employment with Industry Security Services, Inc.

    • Must not have been tardy or absent, for any shift, during the award month.

    • Must have no complaints from client regarding performance matters.

    • Must understand the importance of Customer Service.

    • Must not have been injured on the job during the Award Month.

  • Every January, April, July, and October, management reviews the Officer-of-the-Month candidates from the previous quarter, and selects one of them as the recipient for the Officer-of-the-Quarter Award. Officers must still be employed by the company to qualify for this award. The recipient will receive a $100.00 bonus, Certificate, and Professional Plaque.

  • At the beginning of each year, the President will organize a committee to select the Officer-of-the-Year. This committee must include no less than three members, one of witch must be an administrative team member. The committee will evaluate the Officers-of-the-Quarter selections from the preceding year. One officer will be selected and recognized as the company’s Officer-of-the-Year. Officers must still be employed by the company to qualify for this award. The recipient will receive a $1,000.00 bonus, Certificate, Professional Plaque, and a Meritorious Service Citation.

  • Industry Security Services, Inc. provides three different service awards:

    • Perfect Attendance Award is earned when an officer works continuously for 12 months and has no absence or tardiness. They will also receive a cash bonus of $100.00.

    • Longevity Awards are provided to employees that work an entire year with no work-related injuries. Subsequent awards are presented each year earned with the corresponding numeral depicting the number of awards received, in the center of the ribbon.

    • Exceptional Client Service Award will be earned by any officer that works a period of 12 consecutive months, all of which are at the same client location. The final qualification would be that the officer has no absence or tardiness during this period.

    All awards will be accompanied with the distinguishing uniform ribbon that can be proudly worn, according to company policy, on their uniform and will also receive a corresponding professional certificate.

  • During the course of our officers varied duties, incidents occur which reflect great credit upon our company and the entire security industry. Industry Security Services, Inc. recognizes these positive actions and reward our officers accordingly.

    • Meritorious Service Citation will be considered for officers that display an exceptional level of customer service and has improved our customers security program with new ideas or by their positive actions.

    • Meritorious Service Commendation will be considered for officers that take action to protect the customer’s assets without harming themselves or others. There must have been a documented incident where a client loss was adverted.

    • Meritorious Client Service Award will be presented to an officer that demonstrates the highest degree of honesty, good judgment, and decisiveness when responding to any compromising security incident at our client’s facility. The potential client loss must be extremely high and the officer’s action must not have caused any physical injuries.

    All awards will be accompanied with the distinguishing uniform ribbon that can be proudly worn, according to company policy, on their uniform and as well they receive a corresponding professional certificate.
