All officers must pass the state mandated powers to arrest course and a comprehensive test
battery that verifies their security knowledge. Officers must possess a current Guard Card,
be at least 18 years of age, be able to perform required duties effectively, pass a drug
screen, meet our ten year criminal background check, and provide documents to verify their
eligibility to work in the United States. We know that In order to be the best, we must
attract quality candidates, screen them effectively, and provide the necessary support &
motivation to ensure for their success.

Wages
Industry Security Services, Inc. officers will never receive a wage less than $10.00
per hour. All positions pay differently, depending on the contractual agreement with
each customer. Some locations may not require the necessary skills ortraining and
will not demand a higher wage. The preferred wage for our security officers is
$12.00 per hour. This wage is based on our competitive experience and market
research to determine the target wage that benefits both our officers and customers.

- Forty Hours of Vacation Pay after first year of service and 80 hours per year
after five years of service. - Payment for ten nationally recognized Holidays, when working on any of the
following holidays; ( New Years, Martin Luther King's Birthday,
President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) officers will be
